What are you going to do?
You are all-round and one of the most important daily activities is advising and making quotes. You supervise the process from quotation to order confirmation. In this phase you have an eye for both existing and potential customers and you know how to build and maintain good business relationships.
Other common activities are:
⁃ call quotes
⁃ arrange transport
⁃ providing digital newsletters
⁃ independently take professional photos in a facilitated photo corner, take care of post-processing and make sample videos for social media
⁃ maintain website and social media
Your day is not boring and very varied, especially because in this position you are also automatically a member of the operational team (OT).
Together with the OT you can spar and think about how we can, for example, stimulate sales and rental. This means you actively think about marketing together, which you can use again!

⁃ an administrative jack-of-all-trades (ExactGlobe/Synergy)?
⁃ handy in working with Microsoft Office 365?
⁃ you enjoy working alone as well as in a team?
⁃ creatively? There is a solution to every problem, you know that stress doesn't solve it.
⁃ good at quickly switching between Dutch and English?
(knowledge of German and French is a bonus)
⁃ flexible and can you switch between various activities?
