For rotary fork clamps, the bearing part of the forks can be rotated 90 °. This makes a rotating fork clamp suitable for working with forks (transporting pallets, wire containers) as well as clamping bales, cases and cardboard bale clamp. If the rotating forks are rotated by 45 °, they form a prism so that barrels or other cylindrical loads can also be picked up without problems. The rotating fork clamp is therefore a universal device. The turning of the forks can be manual or hydraulic.
