The cooperation between Axtra Green Forklift Attachments and Veenstra|Fritom has been rock solid for years. Axtra is a family business based in Wergea, Friesland, and they are the largest player in the market for used and refurbished forklift attachments in Europe. Thanks to years of experience and professionalism, they provide expert advice and can also provide tailor-made solutions in this area. The impressive storage facility contains more than 2500 pieces of attachments. Thanks to this large stock, they can deliver quickly but also switch quickly for rental.
Short lines
For Axtra it is important that a transporter can meet this expectation. Martina Kruidhof of Axtra: “Veenstra|Fritom can also switch quickly. This comes in handy when our rental needs to deliver quickly. The people at Veenstra|Fritom arrange it and ensure that it is collected the same afternoon. This works well and that way we can satisfy our customers.”
But Martina is also pleased with the contact. She continues: “In a collaboration, you have to be able to rely on it to work out and even if something goes wrong, you have to be open to each other. Fortunately, communication is good, Veenstra|Fritom has short lines. As a result, we experience that we are a valued customer and that gives us a good feeling!”
Environmentally aware
Axtra is mainly working on sustainable development goals by reusing and overhauling second-hand attachments. Veenstra|Fritom and Axtra therefore fit well together, and sustainable entrepreneurship is also of paramount importance at Veenstra|Fritom.
Over the years, the bond of Axtra and Veenstra|Fritom has grown and, in addition to cooperation in the field of transport, other actions have also been taken up together.
