Reconditioning of forklift attachments |

To enable us to deliver you a good product, it follows several lines in our workshop. After receipt of your order the process of reconditioning starts. It contains the following:
| High pressure cleaning |
The attachment is cleaned thoroughly and all dirt, grease and oil is removed.

| Disassembly |
Every attachment is completely disassembled, cleaned again, blasted and checked for wear, cracks and faults.
|
|
| Reconditioning |
Now the real work begins; wear and tear parts are being replaced. The clamp is checked for cracks and, if necessary, repaired. If applicable, the clamp is modified to specific customer’s wishes.

|
| Hydraulics |
Hydraulic tubes will be replaced. Cylinders disassembled and resealed or replaced. Valves checked and resealed.
|
|
| Testing |
After reassembling the clamping force and functioning of the attachment is thoroughly tested. Instead of a stationary testing unit we use a forklift truck for this to get to the normal daily circumstances as close as possible.

|
| Painting |
Last but not least the attachment is sprayed. On request in every colour you want.
